Review: Nausheen in the Indian River County office is incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. She really made everything so easy to understand, and went out of her way to help me with all of my questions and set me up with workshops. I plan to keep coming back to get help from her!

Review: I had the PLEASURE of receiving assistance from Marie Gilliom on Wednesday 9/27/2023 and it was an AWESOME experience. It is not often that you find individuals who have the right personality for the job that they do. She has an awesome spirit to help people in their time of need. She does it with patience, grace, and a positive attitude. This workplace is better because of her genuine character and personality.

Review: This was my first experience with reaching out for help to receive any type of benefits due to job loss. I was very frustrating for me and Marie Gilliam was exceptional. Very busy helping everyone with a smile and compassion. This has been a very difficult time for me and Marie made me feel at ease with the process. I can’t say enough good things about her. Review: I havent signed up for unemployment for years, evxcept the pandemic. Marie Gilliom at the Indian River location, made this process a lot easier than it could have been. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging.
