Review: They won't disclose if they are able to help if you already got a license. I got all exticed they were going to help me with my program. Then told me they couldn't help because of I was already licensed for 2016. Wasted my time goin in and out of appointment. Now I wanted a second opinion and now the director of WIOA Jenifer woorels think people like me who are not worth her time she can't even email or call me back after leaving various messages.

Review: Alicia and her team that is dedicated to resolving wage determination issues are absolutely amazing. I had been in pending purgatory forever with no help from DEO after countless phone calls, emails, and faxes. I called career sources, left my info. They return my phone call one business day later and they fixed. Thank you!
