Review: OK, so I was having an incredibly hard time registering for unemployment for the first time here in Florida. With hours on my cell phone until realizing that you probably have to go to a desktop or use your laptop. So I looked up re-employment places near me, and this building came up. I couldn’t be happier with the way they treated me! From Angel at the front desk to Miss Joanne to Alice C, every single person was incredibly helpful and I got it finished! Go here if you need assistance! Wonderful resource!

Review: Ms. Alessandra Carvalho was very helpful. For the first time in my life, I saw such a desire to help me. Helped me and my friend improve the structure of our resume and also apply for the WIOA program. She set to work with such an attitude that my victory would be her personal achievement as well. It was cool! I came from Ukraine, we have hard times now, but when you meet people like Alessandra Carvalho, you understand that there are people who want to help you from the heart. Incredibly positive experience.

Review: Ms. Mendez was very helpful. She took time to answer all of my questions. I arrived an hour late for my SNAP benefits education and job search appointment. I was quickly received and asked to wait briefly before Ms. Mendez greeted me. Our meeting did not require more than 20 minutes. I spent less than one hour there. I was glad to have a positive experience. I suppose some people might experience longer wait times if it is a busy day.
