Review: I’ve been calling these people every single day and no answers. The operators are so rude and don’t let you finish talking just transfer to the case manager that never answers. I received a letter about my penalty sanction benefits because of the appointment they made me. I literally received the letter 3 days after my appointment was and didn’t know and I try calling my case manager and he never answers. This people are so unprofessional and rude.

Review: Prepare yourselves for long wait times and little compassion. Upon going in person, the wait times are approx. 3 hours. The voicemails are typically full and staff does all possible to avoid tending to their cases. The supervisor is out of touch. She doesn’t seem to care much either. Ms. Mitchell isn’t there anymore. That might serve as some kind of relief. Good luck!

Review: Reading the comments and remembered i needed to either call or stop bye just so they can send a code to DCF to left a Sanction or whatever…but i remember a while back i was with someone i knew that had an appointment and lort the Flash light cop said”You need a jacket”and i said you need to help these people instead of worrying about me TF there was a Grimling at the front desk thats said thats the rules etc ppl dont like to follow rules…i was like bi*** all these dam ppl waiting and you worried about the way im dressed and im not even the person that needs to be seen…We as black people gone always be our own demise and thats sad..Master Frodo(Flashlight Cop) and his humpback fren from 300(The Grimling that lives under the front desk) had me bout to be on first 48. 2.3 stars thats SAD i bet you 3 Coronas Juan and Maria them in Hialeah gone help you in spinglash as best they can
