Review: I had a great experience with the front desk ladies. I went to the youth entrance by accident, the receptionist walked me over to the main office and helped me with flyers then the receptionist there gave me information on how to make an appointment for the career questions that I had. I received many resources and information!

Review: Never got a penny for registering for unemployment, could never get a hold of anyone through the phone, and never got any follow up after interviews even though they promised. Never have I felt like I wasted so much time in my whole life. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

Review: I’m so disappointed being a tax payer all my life and my family as well. We believe in working but now going through a hard time. The staff is rude looks like they hate their job. I got no direction or guidance. They just shrug and don’t care to help! It’s so awful I’m crying.

Review: I’m not too happy because I feel I’m being lied to because we have to sign a ARP form stating we have to submit hours weekly to be in the program and to receive cash assistance but on the arp paperwork it clearly states we are provided with a gas card and the amount next to it and we are required to sign that form we are not receiving any gas cards that makes me feel uncomfortable because I’m required to sign something but I’m not receiving those benefits they need to change that. Other than that customer service is great!
