Review: Update: 6/6/2023 I did reach someone at the LaBelle location she was extremely helpful and nice and friendly. 5, stars for herThe rest of my experience was this:As of 6/62023 Absolutely Impossible to get hold I have been trying for over a week to get in touch with the Fort Myers location and the phone rings and rings and then after 3 minutes tells me to try again later. I even tried reaching out to the Naples location and was told career source is for job training only ,and when I said my college said to call career source for help finding a job the lady said NO , because they don’t help the unemployed and I have the wrong information along with everyone else.

Review: I initially got some help when I went into the physical location in terms of career guidance since I’ve basically been out of full-time work for about a year. They recommended filling out an inquiry form to possibly sign up for on the job training which I did. Then, this woman, Natalie Griffin emailed me initially & never followed through with my situation saying she had deadlines to worry about. I emailed her & called her leaving multiple messages, but got ghosted by her. It’s been since July 15th since I’ve heard from her. Thanks, CareerSource SW FL! Talk about effective communication & integrity. I shared my experience with Vocational Rehabilitation Services today during my interview on how unprofessional this was.
