Review: I’m giving stars just for one person. The only one who got me an interviews was Alexis Cruz, he was the only person who was helpful. I have decided to go to another office. Because in here no one helps and recruiters don’t seem to know what they are doing.

Review: My personal experience has been great so far. No complaints on the contrary very satisfied overall. I do remember the elderly lady that was at the front desk and it was just her way of saying things that was not very customer service like.

Review: It’s very sad to post this negative review but the experience I had thanks to Maria Elena Anderson was horrible. Maria was very unprofessional and and treated me different because I spoke English the moment we met. I explained to her I’d rather speak English and the whole time and every vist she spoke Spanish and not stop speaking about how hungry and tired she was. Maria was very slow inputting my information and complained every minute of how tormenting it was doing her job. At one point she kicked over the shredding machine which caused a lot of noise that her coworkers got alarmed of the noise she made. Then she went into a laughing spree after I kindly picked it up for her. She made an appointment for me on Columbus Day knowing it was a holiday then called me 3 weeks later the night before on a Sunday to come in the day after the holiday after it was a working day for me which I missed because of her unprofessional work ethics. She should not be in that position and needs to learn better English and help American citizens not just favor immigrants because we also need help. Please avoid her she is a disaster. The front desk people are nice and Alejadro Soltura did a great job and I highly recommend him.

Review: Today I visited this place and I had to witness how the refugee coordinator mistreats and humiliates the person in front of everyone, she has no ethics or professionalism, she does not respect others, she does not even respect herself, just a person who does not know She respects herself and treats others that way. I don’t know her name but she is a blonde with long Cuban hair who speaks very loudly.
