Review: They try to be helpful but they are very limited on solving problems and refer you to call the main unemployment office which is impossible to due as I was on hold for over 8 hours before I hung up the next day I made over 60 calls before I was able to speak to someone who was not interested in helping I would recommend begging on the street before trying to deal with unemployment

Review: Older lady at the front very rude. I was the ride of a person with an appt with them and asked if me holding my 3lb dog could stand inside in the AC to get out of the 90 degree Florida sun. She said I could but the dog couldn’t. I guess she wanted me to go put her in the car to die? There were no signs anywhere saying no animals allowed. I thought this office was supposed to be helpful and not make it even harder to use their services by punishing someone helping someone else out. I hope I never have to deal with her for anything important. She’ll tell you no if it displeases her.

Review: I’ve called for weeks, to speak to a supervisor by the directions of Florida department of children and families. The first worker I spoke to was very hostile and told me she was the supervisor after 30 minutes she admitted to me she was not the supervisor and gave me the supervisor extension. I’ve called for weeks and the women is never in her office Monday to Friday from 8 am till 5pm. Absolutely disgusting on the state of Florida department for putting people like this in charge and making residents go through so much to sustain they’re way of living.
