Review: I would leave zero stars if I could. I had a virtual appointment at 9am, I didn’t receive a call until 9:40. By this time I was already at work. I understand 5-10 minutes of waiting. But a whole 40 minutes is completely unacceptable. Will not be using this company.

Review: I called this place earlier today and was told they would be open till 5. This is the only one open that late today. We’ll I drove over an hour to get there at 4:30 just to be turned away. She said there wasn’t enuf time. How does she know how much time my issue would take when she doesn’t even know what the issue is?! So much for “helping” me.. I would not recommend.

Review: I was at this office this morning and everyone was great including the security officer. Now Ebony was the one who helped me to fix the problem right then and there, after many phone calls and visits to the CareerSource Sanford office. And I witness her doing the same for everyone else who was there this morning. Thanks again Ebony.

Review: Worst location and place ever, the case worker Sandra Soto is very unorganized and will start a conversation with you about someone else’s case before realizing who she is on the phone with she is very rude and gave the wrong information multiple times before pulling up the right account and still gives the wrong information. She abuses her power as if you need help finding a job, she will not help you find one instead she will only try to push back to school options to you and if your not interested she will SANCTION YOU. This is very sad for someone who is supposed to be there to help people. She does the opposite
