Review: Very rude! Sad that a case manager talks to an individual like everyone is underneath them and uneducated. If you can’t give good customer service or the right guidance without an attitude to people IN NEED why do you even work there? You’re in the wrong field of work!

Review: I got on the phone, got my unemployment. They help me claim my benefits, and they also have job. Theors here help you find a job. They help you with your computer skills. They’ll help you get new clothes and shoes. For a new job, they say they do other stuff, but sometimes they don’t.

If you have bills you will wind up homelessMessing with this place. A complete waste of state funds and time. This place will screw you royally and try to act like their doing you a favor.
