Review: I wanted to give a special thanks to a Mrs. Shine at this office location. Two weeks ago my husband was laid off as part of his companies ‘restructuring’ plan, needless to say this has been an extremely scary and humbling experience for our family. Mrs Shine has humanized this extremely difficult process of applying for unemployment benefits with her caring nature and encouraging words. I think it’s a rarity to find such a wonderful human being in today’s world, it’s meant the world to us to be treated with such respect and kindness ❤️

Review: A skinny black man tried to assist me. He couldn’t understand my situation dealing with severance pay and did not understand that the reemployment application was backdated prior to your last day. He was very unpleasant to work with and questioned everything I said. Fortunately, after he left, a nice gentleman came out and assured me that what I was doing was correct and explained the next steps in the process.
