Review: Very professional and courteous…Was helped by Gregory aka the goat…if you know than you know what I’m talking about i was straight to the point with all supportin paper work and account infos as was he with his knowledge of the system and what was needed to get done In May case per say… everything needed for my application to get approved as per regulations … depressing results on what the state expects me to survive on very depresssing since my life style is up there …. dreams were crushed …i was disillusioned and gregory came thru with more help even after wards my session was complete meaning after I was done he helped me and pointed me to me next step into getting help totally out of the way but very much appreciated thanks brosky…..uhhh rahh devil Dogg nahh mean…And I even picked up a dime piece on the unemployment line nahh mean nahh mean feels like a Friday…

Review: Could not log into computer, staff had me call headquarters in Tallahassee and I was on the phone holding on for at less an hour. I hang up the phone and left, will try another day.

Review: Awesome, Customer service was outstanding. But the lady at the podium needs to smile more seem like she wasn’t happy. But other than that outstanding from the front to the back very helpful and knowledgeable in what there doing.

Review: This is really sad that people have to come here to continue to obtain their ebt snap or just find help to find a good paying job. Even though the people who work here don’t know anything about the services in which they’re suppose to provide to the public. All they do is give you a sheet of paper with instructions to call some call center for assistance on getting you helped by them and they don’t care. They just want your personal information and basically figure it out on your own. In addition, all they want is your name and social just so that they can report to the state that they helped you even though they were unable to do so. When asking about job events or posting they just show you their table full of flyers of jobs that you have to figure out whether the job is real or fake. Someone please help the system, it’s failing to provide service to the community it represents.

Review: Once very pleased, now not so much. While staff is very helpful no real assistance finding me a job in my professional field. A suggestion was made that perhaps I should lower my expectations.
